Here's a little gem I pulled outta the memory box today. TALK about awkward..
this week was awkward when:
+ i was tempted (only for a second!) to try and use a tampon for a Q-tip...I have been out of them for weeks and just haven't had time to get more...
+ when i was parking my bike and ran into a staircase (hard). now it still hurts to the touch and i have a scrape (check it out here)
+ my odd dinners lately ...i usually only have about 15-20 minutes between school and work, so i have gotten creative with meals. winner this week: oatmeal and pineapple chunks. (last night i just dipped an apple in carmel and ate it). sorry mom.
+ there's a guy at work that sneezes SO hard and SO loud that I always jump because it sounds like a dog barking.
+ the boys at homecoming invented a new game: cinder block toss. it consists of standing in a circle and throwing a cinder block. that's all. SO DUMB. and dangerous too. but people were stopping on the sidewalk to join, so there must be something in their boy brains that likes it.
+ how i was almost tinkled on by a boy off a roof. i won't go into details...
AWESOME of the week:
+ still some sunshine! and a storm yesterday, which was comforting
+ this video which i think i like, mostly because it's in reference to parasites, which has been the focus of my life the past week
+ i may have done OK on my parasitology lab practical...it's questionable though...
+ eating sunflower seeds at work. they help me stay awake (and not wander to the bathroom to fall asleep on the floor...how does that...i dunno....:/)
+ how mr. E sent me a mini letter in the mail...and there was a handwritten note from the post office that read: PLEASE INFORM CORESPONDENTS THAT THIS IS NOT A MAILABLE SIZED LETTER...welp, could have fooled me. since it got to me. hehehe
+ that i'm GOING HOME TOMORROW! eeeeeek!
