oh the things you will see

Over the weekend, I was lucky enough to have some of the most wonderful people I know all meet in one place. And it was delightful. We are going on 5 years of friendship, all meeting our freshman year of college (missing a few due to life adventures elsewhere, China and Honduras [OH MY!]). And all of a sudden, we are traveling around the world and getting day jobs and having salaries and having these deep adult talks where we just giggle because we can't believe we are having them! Each of these women have gifts that are indescribable, and I am so blessed to have them in my life.

It's weekends like these, when I can just smile and be content knowing that I have people in my life that are so special. People that I don't see for months, and our hugs can still have the same sparks, our smiles can be just as big as ever, and we still send each other snail mail:) How lucky am I?

It's these years in a 20-somethings life that we learn how to maintain relationships. It can be hard work, I don't think many others would tell you otherwise. There can be busy lives and guilt, but there can be understanding and grace beyond measure, that puts it all in perspective.

So cheers, to the people we keep in our lives because their sunshine cannot be shaded:)

and a big thanks to these girls for loving me the way they do, even for my weird parts:/

Girlfriends are the best! Unfortunately, i've lost touch with so many amazing women- but, I am forever thankful for the ones still in my life!

Happy Tuesday!
