I don't do well in heat, and I don't do well in a hurry. And right now, E and I are hurriedly packing for a weekend at the cabin with my family in a hot house. But we are getting closer and closer to ready, and so excited! We made lots of trips tonight for supplies. Supplies to teach my family college {juice, of course ;)} drinking games. We can't wait.
And even though the lake is flooded, risen 6 ft and continuing in that direction. Even though I haven't been able to go to the cabin in years. Even though the lake is a no-wake zone and we can't swim.
We smile, and get excited to spend the weekend with awesome people.

I probably won't be checking in until after the weekend.
Monday most likely, which happens to be my birthday...just sayin'.
