1. johns pseudo grandma has been sick recently, and I was able to meet her last week. they told me the story of when they bought this magnolia tree when j was born. the nursery told them it probably wouldn't survive long, and now, weeks after J's childhood home went on the market, and days before his 28th birthday, it's still kickin' and is also in one of it's most beautiful blooms yet! how cool is that:)
2. found that awesome crocker at a thrift store in iron mountain!
3. it's sad to think how much time i spend driving, especially past this building. but at least it's an awesome building..the old grain belt factory
4. grilling out at J's mom's house! it was fantastic...apparently i like mushrooms!!! what!!!
5. took a new route home one night, and drove through North Mpls, the sites are a lot different there, there are so many cool old buildings
6. IT'S PORCH SEASON!!!! So many exclamation points in my heart. This night was a lil stormy, and I sat out there and chatted with my mamma. Perfection. You can see that the storm threw up all over my car by my feet there...

Just stumbled upon your blog and we must be NE neighbors! I drive by the Grain Belt warehouses every day, too! Also saw that you've done 2 Whole 30s - wow! I'm starting my first on May 31 and I'm excited!
