Over the weekend my buddies and I drove the 5ish hours to the edge of Michigan. Our girlfriend and her hubby and baby just moved away for three years and we were so stinkin' excited to go visit them in their temp home! It was a perfection of a weekend. We giggle and hiked and ate awesome food and got super duper excited about this upcoming summer as two of 5 of us are getting married. Plus another wedding too! As tough as a life transition is for a family, they remain incredibly strong and positive. And though we miss them like crazy, and wish they were neighbors instead, it's a blessing that we have so many events this summer to be together.
Oh, also, there was a baby!!!!! My heart is melting just thinking of her!
