Apparently March was a really exciting month, because this is my third life lately post! This week has really slowed down for me, and I'm excited to catch my breath. Once the weather gets nice (eeeek!) it will be even harder to slow down.
Also J is out of town this week so I'm sure each night will be a struggle of, am I lazy and watch shows he doesn't usually watch with me...or am I productive since I will want to be lazy with him and watch our shows when we get back...Life is hard sometimes.
Last weekend J asked if I could pick up a plant...I was like fine. But then I had a blast and came home with like 7. Ha! Home Depot, you made my day great.
Homemade crunch wrap supremes! We had some peeps over to enjoy with us. We established a great assembly line so it went flawlessly. Plus we got to eat on the porch. WIN. I'm pretty sure we spent about 20 minutes as a group just discussing what a smart invention it is in general. The perfect bite EVERY TIME.
Kath and I made this awesome recipe that I totally thought I would hate but LOVED. It was almost Whole30 Lasagna...I swear! Why, I have no idea! But the egg in it, was like the texture of cheese, so I think that's why? Either way, I gotta make it again.
St. Patty's day I went to the Frisbee girls house and we just hung out and I ate like 8 cookies. Dang it.
The beautiful eggs I got from the black market at work! Not actually, I but I think it's funny that I bought eggs at work ;)
Um. Cute alert. I hope my bestie doesn't care I'm obsessing (and posting) this adorable selfie she sent me...!
J's buds
St. Patty's! Two years now our friend has hosted a brunch, and it did not disappoint this year. We all bring food and then dig in. We spent the whole rest of the day playing this weird dice game that does not have a PC name, so I won't say it here. But it was pretty funny. We literally played it for like 3 hours without blinking. Then I forced us all to get food to grill for dinner. Then we all fell asleep watching Super Troopers, because hello, We're not in college anymore, we can't day drink.
Gluten free scones made with Cashew and Maple syrup!
I cooked away for hours while J slept :)
I love this candid pick. Drinking and playing games is hard.
Breakfasts are my favorite.
Brunch with Paul and Ian at Nightingale, AGAIN. Twice now we have met in Uptown (barf) at French Meadow, and twice it was too packed and we gave up and went to Nightingale across the street. But so worth it. I will always get the pork. YUM.
J and I went to the wolves game and they smashed it! The crowd is never super rowdy...but this is after the crowd won free cherry berry from two missed free throws...apparently that's the only time it gets like this LOL.
Apps in St. Paul after we couldn't get into the Imax movie
My fam sent me a bunch of old photos to prepare for my dad's 50th party, this was one of my faves:) This is probably right when we met each other :)
Spent Friday night decorating...late into the night!
Cupcake signs!
Sis and I driving to grams to help set up Easter!
Uff, my heart
Dad!
Grams was almost ready
Blue eyed girls
A screenshot of me taking a video instead of a photo (for my second a day app of course). Gramps is not amused hahahaha
After easter we had a "surprise" 50th Birthday for my dad! He knew...so that sucks. But it was still great!
