I would never cheat on my favorite holiday, Christmas, but I gotta say, 4th of July is just so great. I love our family's tradition of going to the cabin each year. However, my grams and gramps haven't come up the past couple year, and it leaves a big hole without them. We always miss them terribly. It's usually my birthday too, which sometimes is the pits, but this year ROCKED. I decided not to attempt a friend bday party, because my FOMO gets the best of me...I can't really explain it, but it just gives me more anxiety than joy. But it's totally cool, cause I had the best weekend at the cabin! Yahoo!
